What we have on TFG

Everything shared with us so far, and what is still outstanding. The point is that we both see the same list — if something is missing, it is visible here rather than discovered late.

The ChatGPT proposal setup

The custom instructions and trained context. Right now it exists in one account only.

The proposal library

Where they live, how many, and which five to ten are the gold standard.

Unlocks: Proposal engine

The 50 LinkedIn messages

What was actually sent to the trainers who did not reply.

Unlocks: Trainer sourcing

Rate cards

In a structured form, if they exist.

Unlocks: Proposal engine

Saudi exclusivity scope

Once signed — whether it covers Saudi-headquartered companies only, or any Saudi-market contact.

Unlocks: Sales / lead generation

Something here out of date, or something we hold that is not listed? Add it under and it gets picked up.

Area 1 of 5

Sales / lead generation

The outbound email engine that finds and contacts prospects.

Right now they land only with Sujith, and you mentioned he's stretched. You thought TFG has an admin@ style address that reaches two or three people.

I'll set the notifications up around them so nothing sits unseen.

Area 2 of 5

Proposal engine

Automating 80–90% of proposal creation, grounded in the proposals TFG has already written.

Scoping 0 of 5 answered

This is the most valuable item here. Your team has already taught it what a good TFG proposal looks like — but that only exists inside one account today.

Drive, laptops, email? And what format — PowerPoint, Word, PDF?

The ones you'd point at and say every future proposal should be this good. Names are enough, I'll find them.

The engine drafts, a human sends. I want the right name on that step.

A sheet or price list — or is pricing in your head per deal? This decides whether the engine can eventually help with commercials.

Area 3 of 5

Pre-sales / client enabler

A place where partners and clients can search what TFG offers, instead of calling to ask.

Not started 0 of 3 answered

Pricing? Client names? Should they get the full proposal, or a version with commercials removed? This one decides the whole design.

Someone has to make that call per document — you, or someone on your team?

And would you want to see what partners search for? That tells you what they're selling before they ask you.

Area 4 of 5

Automation / operations

The delivery work that happens after a yes — confirmations, scheduling, coordination.

Not started 0 of 1 answered

Confirmations, scheduling, materials, briefing the trainer? A quick 'we do this, then this' is perfect. This area is the least defined, so whatever you say shapes it.

Area 5 of 5

Trainer sourcing

Finding specialist trainers so bookings stop being lost for lack of supply.

Even a screenshot. You made the point yourself — these people should respond, since we're offering them paid work. My hunch is the message is the problem, not the market.

Take the shipping example — certifications, years in the sector, a rate band, based in a particular region? The sharper this is, the better the list.

So the pool builds up over time instead of starting from scratch on every request.

An HR buyer describes a problem, and the tool shapes ideas from TFG's past work — making TFG part of their thinking team, not just delivery.

Waiting because: Needs the proposal library organised first, or it shows clients a mess.

The call is recorded, and a proposal is drafted from what was actually discussed — refined against what the client asked for, ready the same day.

Waiting because: Part of the proposal engine. Starts once the proposal questions are answered.

The engine proposing commercials from rate cards.

Waiting because: Waiting on whether rate cards exist in a structured form.

Daily opportunities pulled automatically from sources you choose.

Waiting because: Raised twice. Worth its own conversation when the first phases are moving.

What we have settled

So we do not go over the same ground twice.

  • 9 Sep Five areas agreed as the structure for everything
  • 9 Sep Proposals first, trainer search second
  • 9 Sep Standardise the process first, use AI where content changes, human reviews before anything goes out
  • 9 Sep Pitch repositioned to Future Work Readiness, with Holobox as one part
